Lately our family has been enjoying the daily morning ritual of a smoothie bowl for brekkie.
For our busy household breakfast needs to be quick & easy to make in the morning. After playing around with many variations of this recipe, i have finally stumbled across a simple smoothie bowl recipe which works for us.
To make a serving for one person; Add to your blender 1 cup of Lilli frozen Mixed Berries, 1 frozen banana and 1 cup of almond milk (you can use coconut water, milk, yoghurt or water if preferred). Simply blend until smooth.
Scrape the mix into a bowl.
If you are feeling creative, try adding a spoonful of blueberries, coconut flakes, walnuts and chopped banana. My children also like a peanut butter swirl added to their bowl.
